Horne Machining and Fabrication
Machining
Our comprehensive machining workshop has the equipment necessary to perform any machining needs. We have CNC milling and all aspects of manual machines. Our approach to machining is forward thinking and innovative.
Fabricating
Our sophisticated fabricating workshop covers all metal fab needs. With our 180 tonne 4 meter long break press, 6mm x 3 meter long guillotine, 3 meter x 1.5 meter CNC plasma cutter as well as our CNC plasma tube cutter we are well equip to tackle any fab jobs efficiently and accurately. To complement this we have sophisticated welders capable of aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel in mig and tig welding.
Hydraulics
We are the Ballina stockist for Powell Hydraulics and Hoses. With all crimping capabilities and a wide variety of fittings and hoses on hand we are well placed to get you going again. Coupled with our machining and fabrication background we are confident to tackle all hydraulic needs from a simple hose replacement to a complete fit out.
